When you see an opportunity, STEP UP TO THE PLATE! Don't wait until it seems safe.  Don't wait until everything has been worked out.  Don't even wait until you feel like you are ready.  Here's the secret...as soon as you commit and volunteer, you'll become ready.

Speaking of going for it, I'll be making some more changes with Dream Leader Direct.  I've been speaking to a variety of audiences lately and realized that while my most of messages on leadership, communication and resonate with very diverse crowds, some of them (my business development tips) primarily appeal to business owners and sales professionals.  As one of my coach colleagues said in her very direct say, 'So some portion of your e-zine is occurring like junk mail to some segment of your audience, eh?'

Gosh that hurt!  So in honor of those corporate, academic and governmental professionals who have patiently waded through articles you may have been less interested in, I'll start publishing two separate versions of this e-zine. 

Beginning next month, there will be a Dream Leader Direct - Corporate Edition and a Dream Leader Direct Entrepreneurial Edition. The entrepreneurial edition will focus primarily on marketing, sales and business development, the corporate edition will focus on leadership, management and career development.  I pretty much know who you are, but if after we make the switch and you want to get the other edition, you'll have that choice.

I'm also working on some cool new products so stay tuned for other future announcements!!

I've lived in this house for 5 years and I've never seen this summer display of color and  determination.  As I watched these creatures thrusting and then pulling themselves forward across the road, it got me thinking about that magical metamorphosis of caterpillar to butterfly.  I haven't spoken to any caterpillars, so I'm taking a leap here, but I'm betting they don't plan and strategize about that cocoon.  They might have a faint inkling of what might be, but they might not.  I believe they are however, driven to quiet some urge inside them and they follow their instincts. 

Regardless of your religious orientation, I urge you to make manifest the glory that is within you.  Listen to those urges within and ACT!  Your destiny awaits you.
